Please note: All orders with any Bencer & Hazelnut preorder products will be posted out to you in November 2024.
Each preorder item is indicated on the product.

We will not post other order items separately. Should you wish to have in stock items before this date, please order in stock items separately or get in touch to organise postage for other items.

Payments

At Bubsessed, there are various payment options available.

Afterpay
Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online and in-store shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $200, you pay 4 instalments of $50. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest-free and your order will be processed straight away. Sometimes Afterpay requires an upfront first payment.

Paypal
Pay via Paypal by credit card, bank account or your paypal account. If you qualify, you may also have the “Paypal Pay In 4” plan available to you. Your order will be processed straight away.

Credit Card
Pay via our Credit Card processing system (Square) and your credit/debit card will be charged. Your order will be processed straight away.

Square Invoice or Payment Link
If you prefer, or are having issues with the checkout, we are able to send you a link to your cart to checkout or a link to your Square invoice (for Credit Card & Afterpay Payments only). This can be done on request. Once your invoice or order is paid, we will process your order straight away.

Cash On Delivery or Square Payments on Delivery
Should you be local to our local delivery area and will be home at the time of delivery, we can organise for a cash payment or square payment to be made upon delivery of your products. You will need to get in touch to place your order and confirm cost and delivery times before we will schedule your order delivery. We ask that you advise if you may need change.
Cash and square payments can also be made when we attend events and markets.

PayID or Bank Transfer
Should you prefer to pay via PayID or bank transfer, please get in touch so we can organise postage and delivery costs. We can provide details on an invoice for you. Your order will not be posted until payment clears on our side.

Payment Methods Available at Pop-Up Shops or Events
Cash payment and square payment are accepted at Pop-Up Shops, Events and Markets. Our square system also allows for Afterpay payments.

A Note For Preorders
ANY ITEMS INDICATED AS PREORDER WILL BE POSTED WHEN INDICATED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS PREORDER ITEMS, YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE POSTED ALONG WITH THE PREORDER PRODUCT(S) WHEN IT/THEY ARRIVE.
(If you would like us to send in stock items separately, please submit orders separately for in stock items.)

Shipping and Delivery Times with Australia Post and Other Couriers
For orders outside of the Macarthur area of NSW: Most products are ready to ship (unless indicated otherwise or set as a preorder) and generally post from our shop between 1-3 business days after you have ordered. The time we make post office runs may vary from day to day, however, we typically post orders made after 11am AEST or after on the next business day during non-busy times of year. Orders received after 11am AEST on Fridays (or Saturday and Sundays orders) will (more than likely) be posted the following Monday or next business day should Monday be a public holiday.
If you do have a question about when your order will specifically go out in the post, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and ask- we are happy to advise when your order will be posted. You can get in touch via email, chat [bottom right corner of the screen], or via any social media pages.
Preorders have a longer processing time which will be indicated on the products which are preordered.
We post all our items from the Macarthur/Camden area of Sydney, NSW, and the shipping estimate by Australia Post when we send you your tracking information should give an indication when your parcel should arrive. Please do note that parcels are still experiencing delays, so this information is a rough estimate of delivery times. Please see Australia Post’s website for questions on shipping. We are seeing times of up to three weeks when posting items interstate, but please feel free to send a message to ask how long our most recent deliveries have taken to your area if you would like a more accurate estimate.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary by product type as each are varying sizes and weights. Generally shipping costs between $13 and $25 depending on their size,style and shipping location. This is calculated when you enter your full address details including post code and state/territory. Hampers tend to cost more as they are fully assembled, compared to individually purchased items. All items are posted with tracking and most are also posted with signature on delivery to ensure its arrival. You will receive a tracking number in the nominated email address you entered when placing your order, so be sure to check your junk/spam folder for those details and mark our email address as safe.

Local Delivery– Camden and Campbelltown [and some Liverpool/Wollondilly] LGAs
Should you be local to the Camden or Campbelltown LGAs (or somewhere fairly close by), you should be given the option to select “local delivery.” Depending on your distance from our location, local delivery costs vary. This can be calculated when you enter your full address details, including your post code.
We will be in touch once you have completed your order to organise a time to deliver your parcel. We will not attempt a delivery until we have made contact with you to confirm a delivery time and received your response.
You are also able to get in touch with us before you order to organise a delivery time that works for you. This can be done via email, website chat function, Facebook Messenger or Instagram. We advise you that our phone line often goes to voicemail, but you are free to leave a message there if a phone call is preferred.
In general, local deliveries are able to be scheduled within 24-48 hours of your order if purchased on a weekday. We are sometimes able to get your order to your door within 5 hours on weekdays if you have purchased before noon (dependant on our availability).

Some suburbs we can offer quick local delivery include: Camden LGAs, Campbelltown LGAs, Some Wollondilly LGA, Prestons, Leppington, Denham Court, Casula, Austral.

Local Pickup Point– 28 Ruby Lane, Camden [Local Retail Shop]
Should you be located within our local LGAs and even slightly outside, you are given the option for local pickup. Please enter your post code on the checkout page to display options for local pickup points. At the moment, we have one pickup point, located in Camden, NSW which will typically be available within 1-3 days of your purchase (preorders may require longer waiting times).
In order to select this option, please enter your post code on checkout and select “Local Pickup Point – 28 RUBY LANE, CAMDEN.” Should you select this option and decide you prefer local delivery or standard postage, please get in touch and we will organise this with any added fees if needed.
You are able to get in touch with us before you order to inquire about how long your order will take to arrive at the pickup point, however in general it will take 1-3 days, depending on our delivery schedules and the shops opening hours. This can be done via email, website chat function, Facebook Messenger or Instagram. We advise you that our phone line often goes to voicemail, but you are free to leave a message there if a phone call is preferred.
Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email as well as a text message advising you of this update. You will be asked to provide your email or text message with the pickup information as well as a valid photo ID. You will also be asked to sign a form advising you have collected your order.
28 Ruby Lane, Camden is found at Shop 3/151 Oxley St, Camden NSW 2570. There is available parking on the street outside of the shop, however it can get quite busy and easier parking is available in the Woolworths carpark down the road.
We would absolutely encourage you to browse around the shop while you are there to see the quality clothing they have available, which make perfect additions to the wardrobe or gifts for your loved ones.
